Very bad experience with Tire Rack

No, none of the tire rack guys . . . I'm a delighted customer with Goodyears on the way . . . although I typed in Alex's extension for all his past help I didn't ask what to buy, I just bought it . . . all grown up here!
Even if the shipping may negate the internet savings the information and support from the web site and Alex far exceed what I've ever gotten from local tire shops. I'm pleased to be able to support a retailer who supports us!
