The MC is identical to the MCS in regards to most everything but engine and exhaust mods. So yes you can go with 17" tires and wheels as long as the wheels fit the bolt pattern of the MINI. Tires alone will cost you $400 and up for a set. Wheels will cost you probably $600 and up for a set. Those are ballpark figures. I'd suggest giving Tirerack a call.
