@14000 miles I've done nothing. I can see that the tread on the fronts are not as deep as the rears. Someone told me not to rotate them now because it would result in a poor ride.
You'll end up having to buy all four tires when they wear out but, I would rotate now and then rotate every 3-5K miles after that.
With more tread on the fronts (after rotating) you'll probably feel a better ride.
It depends on the condition of your front tires. If they are badly worn, you will create an unsafe situation by putting them in the rear (easy to spin in the wet) since it is generally better to have your best tires in the rear. IF that is the case, keep 'em where they are and get a new set (ditch the runflats!) when they're done.
