Bubble in tire

I bought a set of 4 tires from tire rack about 6 weeks ago. One tire has developed a bubble in the side wall. It looks like a bulge. Is this dangerous? What should I do?

replace, with Alex's help determine if it was a ripped bead or a sidewall impact from hitting something in the road..

I'm sure Alex will do his best to make it right. What brand of tire was it, size, etc?
