I want to thank Alex for quickly resolving a minor issue I had with a set wheels I purchased this past summer. With all the talk about problems people have with other vendors, I have to say I continue to be impressed with the TR.

 

Me too. Alex knew exactly what I wanted and the price and shipped it immediately. Alex's quick response is commendable considering how many tires he must deal with on a weekly basis. Contrast that to the parts person at San Francisco BMW who could not figure out what I wanted even though I provided spec numbers. Thanks to Ran48 for giving me the info on the MINI spare wheel and tire in the first place.
