I run the Ireland big brake kit on both my 2004 street MCS & my full race MCS. Love them, never had any fade problems even under hard racing & 115 degree race days in mid summer. I run Mintex pads on the street car & Hawk pads on the race car.
Ireland's big brake kits is the best value in Mini Cooper brake upgrades! You can do both front & rear for the price of most aftermarket companys front only big brake kits!

Here are three quick shots for you . They aren't that good but will give you some idea of the size differance. The dull space at the inner portion of both rotors represents how much further the calipers have been moved out. Those are 17/8 inch wheels BTW I wil try to take some better ones at a event this weekend.

Thanks for the pics Randy. It does look nice with the 17s, especially with the painted calipers. I am not sure if it will make much of a difference with my 19's though.

I think it makes a huge visual impact.
