Not to go to far OT, but Whoa!?! Charles is buying an MCS?!?!?! I did have a long talk with him about how much I liked the car, but I hadn't realized he was going to buy one. Yowsa... (this is of significance as Sir C is a rabid AXer who plies his trade in a somewhat reworked '97 Porsche Turbo, a very potent car obviously). Further proof point that the MCS is a very appealling car indeed, depsite the security lugs

FWIW, the wheels I have on my mini take an allen socket to remove, and I've already had issues with service guys not remembering where the MDX wheel lock key is, and having issues with service taking much longer than it should. Seems no matter what, the guys who actually do the work don't read the note about the wheel locks that's put on the work order...

Matt

How many people do you know who have had wheels stolen? The post reference was the second one in my entire life, your milage may very!
A bleeding heart if I ever saw one.

It was mentioned in a link that the MINIs wheels are at risk because they are the same size as the Honda standard, but are the Hondas wheels hub centric, wouldn't that deter theft if they're not?
