Obviously, it all depends on how you drive. I do more highway miles, but while in the city, I look ahead and adjust with the accelerator rather than ride the brakes.
I also get nagged pretty hard by the wife for going too slow. But I get great fuel mileage, I'm usually on time, and I don't usually have my helment on.
