but no one touched the Harbor Freight price. You can buy several sets from HB before touching the price on the other infact!

 

I've used the HF unit on my '04 and it works like a charm. I've used the c-clamp approach in the past but this little ditty makes the job so much easier that it just doesn't make sense not to have it. I even used it for my wife's Focus last week end. It is a universal tool and fits numerous vehicles. Plus I picked it up on sale for $20. How can you beat that?

 

If you pay more, is it not way better? Any right thinking BMW owner would only have the most expensive tools you can buy...... BUT don't ever use them and don't ever let anyone touch them....... They cost a bunch.

 

 

I stopped by my local Harbor Freight retail store to save the $9 in shipping from the online store.
This item intially rung up at $39.99, but the register slip shows an automatic credit of $39.99 and then the total charge of $20 and change.

There's apparently $$ to be saved at these retail stores.
