BFGoodrich g-force sport 215/45 R17 on S Lites?
Will they fit?

Stock suspension.

Does anyone have this wheel/tire combo?

Yes. I don't have those tires, but I have 215/45/17 snow tires on S-Lites with no issues (on a stock suspension).
