Brake Clicking Sound after upgrade
I replaced all my brakes this weekend with brembo blanks and Hawk HPS pads. I also swapped out the brake lines to stainless.
When stopping moderatly, I hear a clicking sound that slows with the car. I am almost willing to bet that it is coming from the front passenger wheel. It doesn't seem to effect the braking, but i haven't really pushed the car yet. The pedal doesn't seem to grab as much as it should with the new lines and pads though.
I have rechecked the bolts on all four calibers, rotors. Unbolted both fronts and reloaded them.
The only thing I haven't done is re-bleed them, i used the old fashioned way...pumping, rather then preesure bleed. Does anyone think that could be it? Or any other suggestions?

I have found this on a number of larger rear rotor kit fits. The pads are quite loose in the caliper for some reason. I isolated it down to the pads on one car to be certain it was not something rubbing on the rotor or hat. Taking them out and peening the backing plate a bit to keep it tighter in the caliper seemed the only solution. The ticking was exagerated due to the larger rotor in fact.
