Am I Crazy/Will I Die?

Am I Crazy/Will I Die?
followup to my other wheel/tire (i know i have problems deciding pretty much everything...esp this expensive)
okay, here is my dilemia/question.
are 205/40R16 falken rt-615 on rota slipstream 16x6.5 a streetable combination?
EDIT: btw they are ET45, and 56.1 hub so no hubcentric rings, and i know the treadwear is 200, but my 240 runflats lasted almost 18k (i drive really conservative on the street) so i am fine with the low wear rating...
i really want a good autoX (H-stock) setup but i dont have to money to get two different sets, and i dont want the hassle of remounting tires all the time
but i want to know if this is too crazy for a car that will also be driven on the streeet (eg i dont want to die )
i know the speedo with be way of (reading 5.3mph faster at 60mph)
and i know the load rating is 83 instead on the runflats 87, but i dont know if this is very bad our just means i cant carry a sofa in the car which i borrow my dad's car for anyway...any help is very much appericated
i appologize if this should have been posted in the h-stock forum...

I have a set of the older style Azenis which I bought for the same reasons: to use as autocross tires that could also be driven on the street. This made it convenient to put them on the car the day before an autocross and not have to monkey around with extra sets of tires at the track.
You can definitely run them on the street, but you will need to be very careful if the roads are wet. They LOVE to hydroplane and for that reason I wouldn't want them to be my only set of tires.
These tires wear down pretty quickly too, so it might not be all that economical to run them as your every day tires.

what size did you run? i am a bit concerned about the reduced load rating (i dont know enough to know if the difference is big enough to worry about)
btw i am keeping my stock wheels and will put something cheap and decent on them for any long trip
how far did you drive to get to ur autoX? my fartherest often trip is 1hr to summit point. and longest trip i would want this tires for is 9 hrs to the dragon but that is only once a year
as for rain, i heard the new (rt-615) is better than the rt-215, it is still really dangerous though? what about Hankook Ventus Rs2 Z212 in 205/45R16 ( i dont think they come in 205/40R16)
i also saw the Dunlop Sp Sport Fm901 in 205/40R16 but i have no idea how they perform in dry or wet
i am eventually moving to SoCal tho where i hear rain doesnot exsist but that is in a few years so doesn't really apply

I went with the 215/45/16 mounted on stock x-lite wheels. They have a bit higher load rating than the 205's. I would drive only about 20 miles or less to the auto-x, but sometimes I kept them on for a week or more of everyday driving. I did like the smaller diameter since it gave me a shorter first gear.
I have also heard that the new design is a bit better in the rain, but anything would be better in the rain than my older set of Azenis.
Since I don't have any experience with the newer design, someone else whill have to give you better feedback on the improved wet performance.
