question about lugcentric/hubcentric with kosei K1s?

I bought a set of 17'' kosei k1s, they haven't arrived yet, and I'm unsure of whether or not they will come with the rings, they came off of another mini, so I'm not sure. My question is, I was planning on buying a stud conversion kit to make it easier to get wheels on and off. If I do that do I need the hub centric rings? If I do have to buy the rings, what size do I need to purchase?

rings are recommended, you don't really need the stud kit... imho the
stock lug bolts aren't that hard to line up and bolt up if your wheel
has the hubcentric rings.

Well, I guess I'll go with the rings and see how that goes, I know its a pain in the *** sometimes to sit there in an S lite w/ runflat and try to line up the holes.

I got the stud kit and I'm very pleased. Much easier to install wheels plus I was able to use a much lighter lug nut.

You should use hub rings even with a stud kit.

humm.... maybe you're not holding the wheel with your one hand
at 6 o'clock while you thread your lug bolt with the other?

i never really understood why one would get conversion kits
unless they were swapping wheels many times at a track event.

UPDATE!

These arrived for me last night, picked them up this morning:

now, my question - they came with these snapped in the center of each wheel. I'm assuming they're the hubcentric rings? They're little plastic rings 1 in each wheel. Am I correct?

i highly recommend the stud conversion, there's a lot more options for lug nuts once you do the conversion, and it really does make swapping wheels easier
