The MINI has automatic brake biasing, so the larger front rotors would be compensated for by the electronics on board... but your braking distance would STILL be the same.
Braking distance isn't determined by the size of the rotors anyway. The size merely determines HOW MANY TIMES you can stop before the brakes overheat. With rotors THIS big you could run on the track for days on end... it'd be a good upgrade if you were campaigning a MINI at Le Mans or something.
The only way to improve braking distance is new tires... think about it, your stock brakes are capable of locking all the tires in a panic stop, so there is little to be gained in terms of braking torque. You need to improve the road/tire interface to improve braking distances.

Well if anyone is seriously interested in this kit, I did a ton of research abotu this kit because I thought the price tag was ridiculous when you cna get Porsche/Brembo calipers on Ebay for 1/3 the cost. I know the year and model of Porsche this kit was taken from. Also if you want to know the main things to pay attention to is the rotor size. If you need any additional information call TRG (The Racers Group) they will let you know what you need for this kit. I almost did this and was going to be out the door at $1200. Fortunatley I was given a set of Brembos from my sponsor that I race with so that kinda changed my pocket book. But if you want to know any details let me know and I will be happy to help you out.
Thanks
