Brake Squeal (not the "normal" kind)

Brake Squeal (not the "normal" kind)
I replaced my rear pads and rotors about two weeks ago (all stock parts). The first week they were completely quiet. Then, the squealing started. At first it was just when I would brake, but then it quickly started doing it when the car is moving and I'm not even on the brakes.
It does this at all different speeds, at random times. It's certainly not constant, but it happens every time I drive. The car stops great, no problems there.
Any suggestions?

To prevent squealing brakes and noises-
make sure you seat the brake pads when changing them.
Make sure that everything is cleaned when replacing brake pads
If you replace worn pads then you can also replace the rotors rather than just turn the rotors or reuse the worn rotors.
Make sure that no debris is caught between the rotor and brake pad in the fronts or rears.
Try cleaning the pads and rotors again and you can also use some anti squeal compound.
