Help - wheels for Brembo BBK, HR Sport spring

The car HAD SSR comps 17x7.5 42 that worked and looked great. Now the asphalt company is buying me replacements .

What is a similar wheel for my Mini now that the SSR comp in silver is no longer available? I have a Dark Silver car and want a silver rim, also want the Brembos to show. These will be mostly street and used year round.

Thinking OZ ultraleggerra, OZ Record, OZ Michaelangelo or the BBK RGR. All these seem a lot heavier than the SSR, but perhaps stronger??

Highly considering the GoodYear F-1s for all year tires. Any other suggestions?!?

construction-wise the RGR is the only one you list that is forged.

The RGR seems like a great wheel, but you pay a lot for the wheel. Any other options guys? Need to clear my brakes AND want them in a light silver.

I'm not sure the BBS RGR's will clear a Brembo BBK, I thought only the Wilwood's were compatible...may want to verify that before going that route.

I like the Oz Ultraleggera's, they come in light silver and are said to be very strong. I'm still shopping for summer rims that will be compatible with a future BBK...decisions decisions. Good luck, and please share with us what you decide to get!

BBS Site

On the BBS site, they have an application guide that takes BBKs into account. According to the site the RV-F is the only wheel that looks to fit.

They will not clear the kit w/o a spacer.

Looking at Tire Rack's site, if you like the OZ Ultraleggerra, did you see the OZ Forgiata? 13.8 lbs. and very polished silver. If I was in the market right now, I would be all over those. 45 offset, maybe Alex knows if they'll fit over your bbk.

Looking to buy new Snow tires

I was wondering if you bought new tires else where and not from a Mini dealer. Do you get hassled if you need roadside assistance and it had to do with the tires.
