Phosphate Hubcentric Rings?

Hello guys, just wondering if anyone has any experience with these type of rings? Here's the link on ebay :
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MINI-...QQrdZ1#general

According to the description, they claim these rings are better than the metal ones, let alone the aluminum/plastic rings. I recently bought used ASA AR1 rims and after 60mph, there is a slight shimmy in the steering wheel. I wonder if it's because the plastic rings "suck"? Thanks.

Hubcentric wheel rings

I have ASA AR-1 wheels with the plastic center rings. I have 15m on the car
and have had zero problems with the wheels.

plastic rings are ok for street use, but if you are gonna heat your brakes up really hot any time, metal is better, although you have to use some anti-seize on your hubs with metal ones. . .
