O.Z. Ultraleggera & Wilwood

Loking to purchase a set of 17" Ultraleggera wheels, et37, 215/40-17 Kuhmo SPT tires. Does anyone have any experience on whether the TCE Wilwood 11.75 big brake kit will clear? My dilema is that I don't think I will be able to use a spacer with the et37 wheel...
Any comments appreciated.

They should fit no problem - Alex@tirerack can tell you for sure. I am running OZ Ultralegerras in 16x7 with +37 over our Brake Man kit - with 12.19" rotors, and there's plenty of clearance. But, as we know, all BBK's are somewhat different!

Yes, should fit.
I'm running OZ Superturismo WRC 7x17et40 over the TCE Wilwood 12.19 BBK (same calipers) - also plenty of clearance.

Thanks for the responces. Alex@tirerack has been good enough to offer to measure an actual wheel. Will post his findings.

Alex is da bomb! (Just wish I could buy my Hankooks from them - or that they'd convince Yokohama to import the AD-07's in MINI sizes!)

Would I be correct in that this wheel with ET37 would have more caliper clearance than the same wheel with an ET42 ?

Well, that totally depends on the wheel design... But, the OZ Ultraleggeras have loads of clearance.

With the spoke design of the ultraleggera, I can see that the wheel would appear the same regardless of ET. However, on a wheel like the ASA AR1, would the outer lip get larger with an ET37 vs. ET42 ?
How BBK friendly are the ASA wheels, specificaly the AR1?

Et38 - 25 mm lip
Et42 - 30 mm lip

The ET 38 offers 4mm better brake clearance.

Kit freindliness depends on the kit. Witch did you have planned?

Thereofore, on the Ultraleggera all the diff. between et37 and et42 is in the hub. With the et37 being more brake friendly.
Have the 11.75 wilood race kit and was hoping that you would get back to me with the measurements off the OZ wheels.
