Look for 17x7 or 17x7.5
4x100 bolt pattern (Hole=4, PCD= 100)
Offset +40mm is better than +35mm
Centerhole 73.1mm (you'll need centering rings to fit your MINI hub 56.1mm) 67.1mm will also fit the MINI with a centering ring.

While these rims look nice I would estimate them to be heavy in 17x7 size for a MINI One. If you drive the speed limit you will be OK. Heavy rims will usually mean slower acceleration and longer stopping distances.

For centering rings ask the wheel vendor to send you a set of four that will fit both the rims and your MINI (56.1mm hub bore) or buy them for $22-31
