Proper Wheel Torque... Anyone know ???

Look in "Preparing for a tire change" in Mobility. On page 110 of the manual under "Tightening the lug bolts". It states: Tightening torque: 103.3 lb ft/140Nm.
In the Index on page 142 under "Torque: Lug bolts- page 110".

... and in the 2006 PDF manual (link also at MotoringFile), on page 134 under "Tightening the lug bolts" it says tightening torque 88.5 lb ft/120 Nm. Lug bolts changed from 12mm to 14mm during mid-year 2006. I suspect that this number is for 12mm bolts, and 14mm should use 103 lb ft. like 2007.

"Tighten the lug bolts in a diagonal pattern...
Tightening torque: 103.3 lb ft/140 Nm."

How much torque do the bolts lost after 200 miles? When I put my new wheels on, I have the place set the torque to 103 lb ft. They told me to come back after about 80 miles to re-torque. I told them i will do it myself since I bought a torque wrench.
I was going to do it at 100, but forgot so I did it at 200 miles. When I re-torqued them, I found that almost all the bolts were under 90 lb ft. Does it sound normal? I hope I don't have a bad torque wrench. I re-torqued them to 103. I think it took about half a turn on the bolts.

my dealer removed my front right wheel when they did the a/c repair about
2months ago. a few days ago I removed my front wheels to get new
tires wrapped only to find that wheel SUPER KINGKONG OVER TORQUED
LIKE A ****. son of a biotches.
i use 90lbs/ft and re-torque after 4-5miles. then re-torque again when i
get home. by that time the lugs are solid.
