has anyone bought a set of these....can you help with the 40mm offset? will that tuck em in? or kick them out?

That seller has a lot of negative feedback. I would be very wary.

 

Also the shipping cost looks to be off the chart. I just bought 5 wheels off ebay and they cost a total of 69$. Granted they only had to ship from 800 miles away but $165 for 4 is where they're making their money.

i didn't go that far to look at his feedback....as fdar as the shipping goes...yep it's high but the overall price including shipping looked very fair.

i guess i'll call alex at the tire rack....that's a sure thing

17x7 at 40mm offset will kick them out 8mm compared to the stock 17x7 at 48mm offset. Shouldn't be a problem.

The price is certainly good, but as mentioned, the feedback is a little worrisome. The seller seems to have a bit of an attitude.
