Hey I have a question.. I purchased a LED Headlight conversion kit. The kit is plug and play and does not require any special harnesses or capacitors. Problem: when you first start the MINI the LED's flash like a strobe light for about 10 seconds and then stop. I contacted the supplier and they said there is nothing to bypass the initial flashes due to the complexity of the onboard computer testing the lights.. Is this true or did I just get catfishes?

Hello Jake Lee, we dont have any halogen conversions to led bulbs, as they tend to blind people if they are not set in a factory Xenon projector headlight or aftermarket projector housing.
In certain connections on the outside of your MINI they will strobe ( only like five flashes) at start up only as its the LKM and check bulb out system. Its normal with the canbus version in our position lights.
After night driving with the LED's I immediately pulled into my nearest wal-mart and purchased new XE halogen bulbs. Do you guys sell a projector conversion?
Halogen projector conversions : You get and LED omega like the gen 3 MINIs. Plug and play, except you have to tap into the bumper position light or any 12v power on for that. It comes in the directions in the box. The headlight washer covers are dummy covers. Then you get the bi-halogen or you convert to led and brighter halogen bulbs or H9 led ( we dont sell those ). Includes H9 Projector bulbs, there is a flap for the high and low beam.
