FS: R56 wheels with 235/40/17 tires! 17x8 Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2

17x8 Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2, Hi Power Silver, offset is 38mm...

with 235/40/17 Sumitomo HTR+ tires, with only 800 miles on tires! This is a high performance all season tire that handles rain and light snow but still handles like a dry tire.

Wheels are in excellent shape and just have basic wear scratches but nothing out of the ordinary just the normal stuff. Only close inspection will reveal the wear and tear. Wheels probabaly have about 4000 miles on them.

These bolt right up to a R56 with no rubbing, mods or hub centric rings. You just put them on! They even fit fine with H&R springs.

New, the set up with mount and balance, costs= $1200

Will sell for $985 shipped to lower 48 states. I accept credit card through Paypal!

PM if you want them!

(Sorry about some of the crappy cell phone pics)

Pictures show 235 vs stock, close up of wheels and tires, wheels on car (different set of 235's).

Never tried it, so not totally sure. Team Dynamics have pretty good clearance because they are designed for racing. I would guess they would work based on that criteria but maybe someone who has tried that combo could chime in?

UPADTE....Price lowered!!

Hey, just put these up on Ebay for as low as $899 shipped to lower 48 states!! Must make room in the garage!

If anybody on NAM wants them for that price I will just end the auction early and sell them directly to you...let me know soon before I get any bids.

btw-no center caps.

Can you shoe an R53 with these? I think they are a little wide, as the R53 comes with a 7 or 7.5, but not an 8.

Anyone know?

In general, the wheels don't bolt right up to the R53 without interference, rubbing, etc. from what I understand, I have never tried it personally though. I am sure someone could make it work with some effort.

These bolt right up to a R56 however...could not be easier!!!!! And they look so good on the car with their mean wide stance.

Are they too wide to fit on an R53? I'm running 235/40/17's right now but the wheels are 17x7.5....

So you are running 17x7.5 SSR Comps? Any rubbing issues with the 235/40/17? I'm trying hard to decide on wheels right now, and want some wider ones.

Do you track any?

Scott

Yep, I'm running the SSR Comps. They don't rub but there's some 'modification' that you have to do to the inner fender well (the plastic part) in order for them to fit with that tire size. I have yet to track the car, but the previous owner set it up like this and tracked the car quite often.

So far the SSR Comps are the only wheels that clear my StopTechs, but the specs on these wheels are very intriguing

Here's a little bump for ya, ficcion

Have you sold these yet? I didn't see them on ebay - may have searched for the wrong thing. I am interested in putting them on my 08 Pepper White MCS.
