Have you lowered your MINI at all? I've been looking at Rota 16x7 and looking for the widest tire I can squeeze in for AX. The 225 width combined with 45mm offset seems (to me) like it would rub on a lowered car. I'm currently on M7 springs which is about 1.3 " lower than stock until I upgrade to coilovers this winter.

Yes, my MINI has coil overs and it is lowered at least 1.3". No rubbing. I posted an additional picture for you to look at
