Having spent a fair amount of time trying to depress each "pin"/tumbler and inserting the key (key would not seat all the way), in an effort to slide the outer retaining sleeve off in order to pull the pins; I had to inevitably reside to cutting the sleve in half using a Dremel with cut-off wheel attachment.
